(a) Objectives of the Project:
The objective of this scheme is to improve the health, education and happy life of the children of the wage earners with limited income.
(b) In cases where loans can be given under this scheme:
Emergency expenses of employee’s own or pet’s wedding
Emergency surgical operation/medical expenses of employee
Necessary educational expenses of children like admission, purchase of books, examination fees etc

Permanent employees working in the following service groups between the age limit of 20 (twenty) to 55 (fifty five) years can apply for availing loan facility under this scheme:

(g) Method of repayment of loan:
The principal loan and the interest accrued thereon shall be repaid in equal monthly installments The installments will be collected from the borrower’s monthly salary by the 7th of every month from the month following the loan. Before availing the loan, the customer shall deposit an advance check in favor of the bank for each installment which shall be presented to the concerned bank for payment on the specified date. The amount of interest will be determined before taking the loan
(h) Security and Charge Documents:
1) Lien letter of borrower’s salary, provident fund, gratuity etc.
2) Bank approved guarantee bond on non-judicial stamp of Rs.150.00 payable by the superior officer of the borrower, the principal officer of any bank and his superior officer.
3) Confirmation letter from Paying Authority
4) Signing the commitment to pay the monthly installments in the approved form of the bank
5) Payment of advance check in favor of the bank separately for each installment before taking the loan by the customer
6) Other charge documents as per bank rules
J) Loan Application Procedure:
1) Fill all the columns of the prescribed form of the bank and sign the application form
2) Two copies of recent passport size photographs attested by a gazetted officer of the first class or an officer of the rank of principal officer of a bank.
(j) Others:
If the customer himself or his guarantor changes the address or occupation, the changed address and occupation must be immediately informed to the bank in writing.
